welcome to studyall. by using our platform, you agree to these terms. please read them carefully.

1. what studyall is

studyall is a free study platform that provides syllabus tracking, revision notes, ai-powered study assistance, past papers, and planning tools for students. the service is provided "as is" without any guarantees.

2. your account

you can create an account using email, google, or discord. you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. don't share your account with others.

if you want to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at privacy@studyall.io.

3. acceptable use

when using studyall, you agree not to:

use the service for anything illegal
attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content through the ai chat
use automated tools to scrape or access the service
impersonate others or create fake accounts

4. ai assistant

studyall includes an ai-powered assistant to help with studying. please note:

the ai may make mistakes — always verify important information
the ai is not a substitute for professional tutoring or academic guidance
your conversations with the ai are stored to provide a continuous experience
we don't use your ai conversations to train models or share with third parties

5. your content

any content you upload or create in studyall (such as ai chat messages) remains yours. we don't claim ownership of your content. however, you grant us permission to store and process it to provide the service.

6. intellectual property

studyall, including its design, code, and content, is our intellectual property. the study materials and past papers are provided for educational purposes under fair use principles.

7. no warranty

studyall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. we don't guarantee:

the service will be available 100% of the time
the content is error-free or complete
the ai will always provide accurate information

8. limitation of liability

we're not liable for any damages resulting from your use of studyall. this includes but is not limited to academic outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. changes to terms

we may update these terms from time to time. if we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the platform. continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. termination

we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. you can stop using studyall at any time.
